cupcakes icing :)

Things You'll Need:

1 1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar (1.5 boxes)
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/8 cup whole milk, at room temperature
1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
36 cupcakes (if u have 36)
Large bowl
Hand-held mixer
Spatula
HOW TO MAKE ICING :)
STEP 1
Place the butter into the mixing bowl.
With a hand-held mixer, whip the butter on high speed until it becomes very soft.
STEP 2
Add 1 cup of sugar into the bowl. After lowering the speed of the mixer, stir the sugar and butter until they are well-combined. Keep adding the sugar 1 cup at a time until all of it is used.

Step 3
Pour in the milk. Using a low speed, mix the milk into the other ingredients.

Step 4
Add the vanilla and mix.

Step 5
Once everything is combined, turn the mixer onto high speed and beat the icing until it is light and fluffy, about 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 6
Use a small spatula to ice your cupcakes
